Kitchen Team Leader
We’re looking for a kitchen team leader at The Rodney
The role involves:
The Role
Taking responsibility for all food safety issues in the kitchen
Working with management to devise seasonal menus
Leading the kitchen team from the front, running service
Ordering and stock management
Costing and responsibility for achieving target margins
Training and mentoring junior mambers of the team
You will need:
Minimum 4 years chef experience
Ability to runb a busy service and supervise others
Experience in costing / achieving target margins
A friendly and approachable manner
Ability to work without close supervision
Understandable level of English spoken and written
Enthusiasm to develop your own skills and knowledge
Adaptability to change and willingness to embrace new ideas and processes
Team player qualities
High level of attention to detail
