As we get ready for another busy year here at the Baiting House we’re hoping to grow our reputation for great food even further.

So we’re looking for a passionate and dedicated COMMIS CHEF to join our friendly kitchen team here.

While some kitchen experience is preferred, no formal qualifications are needed - we’ll teach you everything you need to know. You just need a passion for creating great food and making our guests happy.

You’ll be a crucial part of our kitchen team, keeping everything running smoothly. Your chef career could start here!

Develop your skills under the guidance of our experienced Head Chef and Sous Chef, whilst getting the chance to rotate through the various sections in the kitchen. This is your chance to learn the basics from some of the best in the business, preparing and starting to cook and begin your journey up the ranks in the kitchen.

We have a great track record of growing and nurturing chef talent here at The Baiting House. We want to help you fulfil your potential so we’ll make sure you have the training and encouragement you need to grow your skills and develop your talent.

In return we offer:

• A salary of £17K - 26K per year (depending on age and experience)
