We’re a historic country inn at the heart of our community, but we’re so much more. We offer memorable food in our Michelin Guide acclaimed dining room, as well as rooms and luxury lodges with private hot tubs nestled in the extensive grounds.

Dining at The Bait

The Baiting House offers exceptional food.

The Baiting House’s main dining room is listed in the 2025 Michelin Guide and is open for dinner every night, as well as lunch on Thursday to Saturday and an amazing Sunday Lunch.

We also offer a ligher Bar & Snack Menu to enjoy in our bar or on the lovely patio during the summer months.
